If you want to return or exchange a product, please contact us and make your wishes known. We will do our best to provide you with the best possible service. Please note, products that have been manufactured or ordered especially for you (think of tailor-made clothes, for example) are excluded from return / exchange.
Return of the products must be in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. With visible signs of use, missing accessories or damaged packaging, an amount will be deducted.10 point 9 will refund the full purchase price, including paid shipping costs, within 30 days after the return has been received. Refunds will be made to the same account with which the purchase was made. Returning the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer.
